Kingston, New York Amateur or Professional Real Estate Photographer

Seeking an amateur or professional photographer in the Pougkeepsie./Kingston, NY area for a real estate appraisal company. Requires basic photography skills. If you have a current smartphone, the cell's camera will be sufficient. Photos are 'as-is' of the exterior of a small apartment building...no staging, rearranging of contents, lighting, etc. You will be accompanied by the seller's agent at all times. You will receive a detailed list of the photographs we are seeking. The entire process will take approximately 15 minutes. Must be detailed oriented, observant, and on time. Must be able to complete the project by April 16. More opportunities available.
