Sheridan, Illinois Amateur or Professional Real Estate Photographer

Seeking an amateur or professional photographer in the Sheridan, IL area for a real estate appraisal company. Requires basic photography skills. If you have a current smartphone, the cell's camera will be sufficient. Photos are 'as-is' of a commercial building...no staging, rearranging of contents, lighting, etc. You will be accompanied by the seller's agent at all times. You will receive a detailed list of the photographs we are seeking. In addition, you will fill out a brief questionnaire on the appearance and features of the property. The entire process will take approximately 45 minutes. Must be detailed oriented, observant, and on time. Must be able to meet at the site by March 31. More opportunities available.
