Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter & Trainer who understands the beauty and wellness industry inside and out. This dual role is responsible for sourcing top-tier talent, leading the onboarding process, and delivering continuous training to uphold our luxury service standards. Your impact will be seen in every detail—from who we hire to how we shine. Key Responsibilities: Recruiting: • Identify, source, and attract high-caliber nail artists, estheticians, lash/brow specialists, and injectors • Manage job postings, candidate outreach, interviews, and offers • Build relationships with beauty schools, training academies, and local professionals • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future openings Training & Development: • Lead new hire onboarding and orientation • Create and facilitate engaging, hands-on training for technical and customer service skills • Support ongoing education, masterclasses, and certification courses • Ensure all team members embody luxury client experience and brand standards Qualifications: • 2+ years experience in recruiting and training in the beauty industry (salon, medspa, beauty school, or similar) • Proven background in recruiting and/or staff training • Strong communication and leadership skills • Knowledge of modern beauty trends, services, and tools • Passion for people development and a positive, team-focused attitude Bonus if you have: • Experience with E-File manicures or high-end salon services • Teaching/training certifications • Bilingual abilities (especially Spanish, Polish, or Ukrainian) Perks & Benefits: • Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses • Free beauty services + employee discounts • Flexible schedule • Opportunity to help shape the future of a growing luxury brand • Work in a beautiful, supportive, and empowering environment
