Title: Fractional CFO for Healthcare MSO & Multi-Entity Financial Strategy Description: We are seeking an experienced Fractional CFO with deep knowledge of healthcare finance, multi-entity structuring, and regulatory compliance to support our growing organization. We operate a healthcare services business with a multi-entity structure that includes clinical operations, staffing services, and administrative support. Our goal is to ensure our financial operations are optimized, compliant, and scalable as we expand. Scope of Work: • Develop and oversee financial flow models between multiple related entities • Advise on lockbox or clearing account models to manage collections and distributions • Ensure FMV-based payments and regulatory alignment across entities • Build budgets, forecasts, and multi-entity pro forma models • Align financial systems and reporting with CPOM, Stark Law, and AKS requirements • Interface with legal, billing, and operations teams to maintain clean audit trails • Support investor communications or financing efforts, if needed • Set up or optimize financial dashboards and workflows (QuickBooks, Float, etc.)
