Public Adjuster Appointment Setting
We are currently hiring for the role of Appointment Setter at our public adjusting firm, Underpaid Claims LLC. We are licensed by the Texas Department of Insurance and specialize in helping property owners who have suffered storm damage receive the insurance payouts they rightfully deserve. You will be provided with a list of property owners whose properties were affected by recent storms. Your role will be to call these property owners, explain our services, and schedule an appointment for our inspection team to visit the property and assess the damage. If the owner is interested after we inspect the property and confirm there’s a valid claim, we’ll offer them a contract to represent them in their insurance claim. Your responsibility is to introduce our firm, explain the benefits of working with a licensed public adjuster, and secure a time for the inspection. We are looking for someone who: Is professional and confident on the phone Can communicate clearly and respectfully with property owners Has experience in customer service, phone sales, or appointment setting Bonus: If you speak Spanish, that’s a big plus, as many of our clients are bilingual or Spanish-speaking.
