We are a U.S.-based immigration consultancy focused on employment-based immigration, primarily through the EB-3 visa program. We’re seeking a contractor to help us identify and engage U.S. companies willing to sponsor overseas workers for full-time roles in industries like food service, hospitality, manufacturing, or general labor. Your job will be to research, cold call/email, and qualify companies that: Are actively hiring full-time workers (20+ ideal) Can provide basic business paperwork (tax docs, payroll, or similar) to verify legitimacy Are open to sponsoring EB-3 visa workers (we handle all immigration/legal aspects) We are not asking sponsors to pay anything. They simply need to agree to hire and retain workers under the EB-3 program. We do all the legal and immigration work. Your Responsibilities: Cold outreach via email or phone to companies on a provided list (or leads you research) Pitch the EB-3 program simply and professionally Confirm the sponsor’s interest and basic qualifications Schedule a hand-off or call for our internal team to onboard Ideal Outcome: We are looking for 1–3 qualified EB-3 sponsors by June. If successful, this may turn into future projects — but this is a short-term job.
