We believe healthcare should be on your terms, and that includes keeping your health data safe and secure. We're currently looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Data Privacy Lawyer to support us as we continue to scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare data privacy and a deep understanding of HIPAA compliance. You’ll work closely with our product, legal, and operations teams to ensure we remain compliant across all services and states we operate in. What you’ll be doing: You’ll take the lead on all things related to patient privacy and data protection. From reviewing our internal systems and data handling practices to helping craft policies, terms, and disclosures that align with legal standards, your work will directly impact the trust and safety of our growing user base. You’ll help us navigate state-specific telehealth laws and ensure that as we expand our services, we stay ahead of evolving privacy and compliance requirements. What we’re looking for: We’re looking for someone who’s already spent time in the healthcare space—ideally with hands-on experience applying HIPAA, HITECH, and relevant state laws. You don’t need to have worked at a telehealth company before, but you should feel comfortable applying your knowledge to a modern, digital-first model of care.
