Looking for CPA/EA with tax strategy/planning expertise to partner on Tax Planning Firm
We are in the early phases of launching a U.S. based online tax strategy & bookkeeping firm focused on tax planning and bookkeeping. We're looking for a CPA or EA with tax planning experience to partner up with (Profit Share + LTV %). We already have our website, socials, ads and offer fully setup. Ideal Candidate: -- U.S.-licensed CPA/EA or proven tax strategist -- Comfortable joining a few onboarding/discovery calls to build trust and answer key questions (nothing relating to closing) -- Create personalized tax strategy plans with help of tax planning software we provide (initially free, until we close 2-3 clients) -- Provide access to a few testimonials of real tax strategy/planning work we can showcase for credibility What You Get: -- Profit Share: 55/45 in your favor, in profit after expenses. If you have multiple proper tax planning testimonials then we can discuss a higher split in your favor. -- LTV Share: Contract also entitles you to a % of client’s lifetime value (e.g. 30%) -- Long-Term Potential: Average client will pay ~$500/month (~$6k total across a year) with these payments extending to the next tax deadline. Just 3 clients can be worth $18,000+ to you including the LTV share. We handle: -- Client acquisition (ads, emails, referrals) -- Front-end & spend -- Bookkeeping (outsourced, counts in the expenses before profit) -- Administrative Support -- Closing lead on our follow-up (don’t have to be involved in process of closing) Essentially, we bring on the clients and you only do work initially if: 1. The lead is very warm as they go through our first step and are interested in our pricing model/offer already (This is developing the personalized tax plan) 2. After we close each lead (This is working on implementing this plan for the client throughout the year) This is an ideal opportunity for a US licensed CPA/EA who’s confident in their planning abilities, but also doesn’t want to hunt down clients or deal with inconsistent work. If you’ve built and implemented tax plans for US businesses before, have a few solid testimonials, and want to focus on what you do best (tax strategy + implementation) while we take the risk and handle everything else, then this is for you.
