This individual will work closely with our leadership team to refine our strategy, improve lead conversion, and create a world-class franchise recruitment process. Key Areas of Focus: Franchise Sales Strategy: Help us build a repeatable, scalable, and effective franchise sales process. Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Guide us in optimizing our funnel, messaging, and follow-up strategies to increase conversion rates. FDD & Discovery Day Excellence: Provide best practices for conducting effective FDD reviews, Discovery Days, and closing deals. Objection Handling & Sales Psychology: Teach us how to identify and overcome common objections while building trust with prospects. CRM & Workflow Optimization: Assist in structuring our CRM and automating key follow-ups for better efficiency. Industry Best Practices & Competitive Positioning: Help us refine our approach based on what top-performing franchise brands are doing. Accountability & Coaching: Provide ongoing mentorship to ensure we execute and hit key sales milestones. Ideal Candidate: Deep experience in franchise sales, preferably in the QSR space. Has successfully helped emerging franchise brands scale their franchise sales process. Strong track record of coaching founders and franchise development teams. Expertise in sales psychology, franchise recruitment, and relationship-building. Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
