Recruiter for Real Estate Brokerage

Our New York City real estate brokerage office is currently short staffed real estate agents and we need to find more real estate agents to join our team asap. We have an awesome system for real estate agents. We actually give each agent 20+ incoming leads each week which is pretty unheard of. This is a very unique system to help keep real estate agents fully booked on the front lines of the busy NYC real estate world. Real estate agent recruiting is hard for a variety of reasons, such as the fact that real estate agents are paid commission-only as 1099 independent contractors. The problem is, at least in New York, agents are pounded nonstop by real estate recruitment companies, many of which are promising the world but not delivering. We need to get in front of more agents as we're extremely short staffed. We have too many leads coming in, not enough agents. We also have several offices around the country, however our NYC office is the most short staffed. I hired recruiters from Upwork in the past to make cold calls. The recruiters hired were great, but the cold call results weren't great. So this time, I'd like to try the cold emailing / texting / inmail route. We're hiring in NYC, Long Island and Westchester County. There are tens of thousands of agents in the area. We need someone on the ball who will be proactive on sending a constant flow of contacts. An experienced recruiter that is equipped in inmails and tools to find candidates is a plus. We're also open to newer or new recruiters if they are going to be fully committed.
