Automation Expert Needed for Workflow and Email Automation Using Make.com and Airtable
Description: We are seeking a skilled Automation Expert to help streamline our business processes by leveraging Make.com and Airtable. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual workload. Responsibilities: • Design and implement automated workflows using Make.com to meet specific business needs. • Integrate Airtable with various tools and platforms to automate tasks and improve data flow. • Develop automated email campaigns triggered by specific events or data changes. • Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows for scalability and reliability. • Provide clear documentation of automation processes for team reference. • Collaborate with our team to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Requirements: • Proven experience with Make.com (formerly Integromat) in creating and managing automation workflows. • Strong proficiency in Airtable, including base design, automation, and integration capabilities. • Experience with email automation tools and setting up automated email sequences. • Ability to connect multiple platforms and tools through APIs and webhooks. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Experience connecting make and airtable to Google Sheets • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide regular updates. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with make.com • Familiarity with CRM systems and data management best practices. • Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python is a plus
