Collaborative Project Facilitator

We are hiring a skilled facilitator to lead a stakeholder collaborative focused on advancing workforce development and small business participation initiatives. The role involves organizing, facilitating, and documenting a series of meetings with community and industry representatives, gathering feedback, and helping develop actionable program recommendations. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics for approximately 18 meetings per year (primarily virtual with a few hybrid meetings held in Minneapolis), conducting outreach to recruit new participants, and preparing annual reports summarizing the collaborative’s progress and outcomes.
