We are looking for a driven Sales Representative and Business Development Specialist to join Farley Construction and Development. You will be responsible for generating sales, building strong client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities in the commercial real estate maintenance sector. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage prospective clients in the commercial real estate industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers and landlords. Promote our maintenance services and develop strategies to meet revenue goals. Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities. Collaborate with the team to prepare proposals and service agreements. Attend industry events to represent the company and expand networks. Qualifications: Experience in sales, business development, or related fields (construction/real estate a plus). Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven. Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry preferred. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields (preferred)
