We are a small New England Tool Manufacturer in need of an outside perspective on how to schedule and manage our trade show participation and implement a solution. We participate in 250 trade shows a year with a team of independent reps, and it is vital that they have all the information they need for each event. We also use our calendar for future event planning and tracking sales and performance. We currently supply our reps with company emails through Outlook, but manage our calendar through a Google account, which we then use to invite their personal Google emails. It's a bit backwards, and we could use a professional opinion on how to do it correctly, then implement that solution.
