As our Fractional Operations & Systems Manager, you will: - Set up and manage backend workflows across HubSpot, Zapier, Typeform, Airtable, and Notion - Automate onboarding, payments, email sequences, and client touchpoints - Coordinate logistics for certification cohorts, events, and membership experiences - Track KPIs, revenue per business unit, and help optimize team workflows - Build documentation, SOPs, dashboards, and workflows that scale - Work directly with the founder and grow into a trusted operations leader What Success Looks Like - A fully automated onboarding journey for the first certification cohort - Centralized CRM with smart tagging and segmentation - Every business unit tracked with clean dashboards and metrics - A simplified tech stack that works together - Founder is freed up to focus on growth, content, and strategic partnerships
