Location: Remote (Preference for candidates in the Chicago area) Compensation: Commission-Based (Up to 18% commission + bonuses) Industry: Luxury Candles, Corporate Gifting, Wholesale, Event Products About Us We are a premium candle-making business offering handcrafted luxury candles, candle-making experiences, and custom-branded products for events and corporate clients. Our business operates both online and from a physical location near Chicago. We are expanding into B2B sales and seeking a driven, commission-based Sales Representative to help us secure wholesale partnerships, corporate gifting clients, and event-based bulk orders. • Identify & Develop Leads: Prospect and build relationships with boutique retailers, hotels, event planners, corporate buyers, and subscription box companies. • Sell Premium Candle Products: Present our luxury candle collections and bulk order options to potential clients. • Close Deals: Negotiate wholesale and corporate gifting contracts, ensuring long-term partnerships. • Build & Maintain Relationships: Follow up with existing and potential clients to secure repeat business. • Track Sales Progress: Maintain a record of leads, deals, and outreach efforts in a CRM system (HubSpot, Assana, or Trello). Compensation & Perks • Commission-Based Pay: • 10% on sales up to $2,500/month • 12% on sales of $2,501 - $5,000/month • 15% on sales of $5,001 - $10,000/month • 18% on sales over $10,001/month
