Brand Growth Assistant (Social Media + Executive Support)
Hi — I’m Ed Clementi. I'm building a leadership and career elevation brand that’s growing fast across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond. I’m looking for a versatile, action-driven right-hand person who’s excited to help me grow this brand and impact. This role is a mix of social media support, marketing assistance, creative growth thinking, and lightweight executive support. I'm looking for someone who’s not just executing tasks — but seeing opportunity, suggesting ideas, and moving quickly. You might be a great fit if you: Love social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X) and know what gets attention Have experience posting, writing captions, and lightly editing reels or videos Understand basic email marketing (Beehiiv, Mailchimp, etc.) Are proactive — you notice opportunities and suggest ideas Are comfortable responding to DMs, comments, and engaging on my behalf Can help find freelance specialists if needed (video editors, podcast editors, designers) Are organized, responsive, and detail-oriented Are genuinely excited about leadership, motivation, career growth, and building a movement Bonus if you: Are local (or relatively close) — NYC/NJ area preferred Have experience organizing events or building early-stage brand visibility Are comfortable prospecting and reaching out to potential partners, clients, or opportunities If you’re a builder who gets fired up about helping a brand grow from 5K followers to 50K (and way beyond) — let’s talk.
