Media Buyer for Local Facebook and Instagram Ads

Starting with Restaurants then going to other niches: Looking for media buying intermediate/expert who can go A-Z with taking highly polished content deliverables and creating/reporting on running campaigns. My name is Nick and I am a media producer in the Chicagoland area. I have local clients who own restaurants that i do shoots for, and lately have the idea of running a larger offer for these clients and more that involves back end analytics. I have a fair understanding of media buying but want to work with an upcoming expert to fine tune this process. I promise a very organized project management system and an easy out of the park hit here for someone who can do the job. I am thinking flat rates per bundle of tasks per retainer or deal i set. If this goes well on a small scale locally for me, im hoping to work with this same person to work on much larger niches. I have the content production side down to the T.
