Creative Director (West Hollywood/Beverly Hills Area)
We are looking for an experienced Creative Director based in the West Hollywood/Beverly Hills area to join our team. This role involves creating design specs, providing live feedback to junior-level editors, collaborating on content shoots, and ensuring all creative assets are properly executed for social media. Key Responsibilities: - Work directly with our team to schedule and execute physical content shoots. - Collaborate with a videographer to direct and energize content shoots. - Manage post-production by driving the process of footage processing, ensuring it is sent to editors with specific guidelines in the form of concept sheets and clear direction. - Oversee and provide creative guidance to junior-level editors, ensuring high-quality content. - Must have experience working on social media content shoots and understand the nuances of creating content specifically for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and others. Requirements: - Must be based in the West Hollywood/Beverly Hills area. - Experience managing editors and creative workflows. Expertise in creative thought and design direction. - Ability to provide constructive feedback and guide junior-level editors. - Experience in working on social media content shoots is a must. - Available to work directly with the team for a minimum of 40 hours per month.
