Ongoing Graphic Designer for Real Estate Lead Magnets, Team Materials & Branded Assets
We’re The Costigan Group — a high-performing real estate team based in Nashville, TN — and we’re looking for a talented, reliable graphic designer to work with us on an ongoing basis. This role is perfect for someone who can turn content into clean, modern, luxury-aligned visuals without needing to be micromanaged. We’re talking team presentations, branded lead magnets, one-pagers, social content, and more. What You'll Be Designing: Lead magnets (relocation guides, STR packets, buyer/seller materials) Team and marketing decks Branded assets for social media and digital marketing Signage and client-facing resources How We Work: We’ll provide: Our brand vibe, logo files, and past examples Copy (often AI-generated, already polished) Clear direction — or sometimes just a “we need this, make it look good” You: Make it clean, modern, and on-brand Use our tools (or yours) to create polished, fast-turnaround work Stay consistent, communicate well, and deliver without a lot of handholding Important Note on Scope + Efficiency: We were recently quoted $2,000 to repurpose a 20-page lead magnet that we already had written and designed — just needed new branding. We’re not doing that. Compass (our brokerage) already provides a backend similar to Canva, with templates and brand assets ready to go — so many of these projects won’t take long at all. Half the time, we’ll even provide the copy already generated and polished by AI. So this isn't a heavy-lift design job — but we do need someone sharp, responsive, and aligned with our brand to keep things moving quickly and consistently. This role is about ongoing, consistent work that helps free up our team to focus on what we do best: closing deals. Who You Are: Comfortable with fast turnarounds and clean branding Ideally familiar with real estate or high-end service industries Flexible on pay structure (retainer or per project) Proactive, easy to work with, and not afraid to take initiative If this sounds like a fit, let’s talk — we’re looking to bring someone on quickly and keep you busy.
