Website Redesign Needed for Youth Mental Health Nonprofit Initiative (GLOW Project)
Hi there, We are seeking a freelance web designer to refresh and restructure an existing WordPress website for a youth mental health initiative called GLOW (formerly the Youth Mental Health System of Care). **Project Scope:** - Redesign approximately 5–7 main pages. - Modernize the site’s look and feel to align with new branding. - Improve navigation and user experience for community visitors. - Set up basic SEO best practices to optimize visibility. - Ensure mobile-friendly (responsive) design. **Timeline:** We are required to have the project invoiced and payment processed by June 1, 2025 due to grant requirements. Ideally, a near-final version of the site would be ready by then, with any remaining tweaks or edits completed shortly after. **Budget:** - $8,000 flat project fee **Ideal Candidate:** - Experience with small nonprofit or community-focused website projects - Ability to work independently and efficiently with light supervision - Strong communication skills and comfort with a fast turnaround We’re aiming for a collaborative, straightforward process — you’ll work directly with me (the project lead) to bring the vision to life.
