About The Role The Trauma Therapist Institute (TTI) is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Training Assistant to support our virtual training programs and operational workflow. This is a part-time, contractor position requiring 10–20 hours per week, with primary availability needed Wednesday through Friday and some Saturdays. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, highly dependable, and confident managing Zoom and online learning environments. You'll be the behind-the-scenes pro ensuring our trainings run smoothly—while also supporting our data collection efforts when not in live training. In addition, this person will be providing top-tier, customer-centric customer service. Key Responsibilities Training Support Set up Zoom links and manage technical needs for training cohorts Open and manage Zoom rooms, including waiting rooms, breakout rooms, and screen sharing Provide live tech support to trainees (audio/video issues, login help, troubleshooting) Record live events and send a link to the video editor for publishing on-demand content Monitor chat boxes and support the trainer with real-time needs Take attendance and ensure accurate records for each training session Support trainers and trainees with professionalism and clarity Support with course development and uploading of resources and documents in Kajabi Customer Service Provide customer service support through our customer service inbox and chat Provide customer service in live training courses Follow up with customer feedback on evaluations and in Kajabi communities Administrative & Data Support Pull attendance data, feedback, and key analytics for reporting Support the collection and organization of data Help maintain tracking systems for course enrollment and participant engagement What We’re Looking For Strong familiarity with Zoom (you’re a breakout room ninja and know your way around screen sharing, chat functions, and troubleshooting) Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms quickly Reliable and responsive, especially during live trainings Extremely detail-oriented and organized A calm, friendly presence under pressure Experience with online education or virtual events is a plus Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment Hours & Availability 10–20 hours per week (contractor role) Availability needed Monday–Friday (a few times a year, a Saturday) Monday-Friday, supporting the customer service inbox - flexible hours Trainings are primarily Wednesday-Friday - generally 9-5:30 MTN Compensation & Benefits As a 1099 contractor this is a non-benefited position.
