Game Understanding • Familiarity with pickleball rules, shot types, strategies, and common player habits. • Ability to identify highlight-worthy plays, teaching moments, and key sequences without needing play-by-play instruction. • Basic knowledge of court positions and terminology (e.g., “reset,” “dink,” “speed-up”). 3. Graphics & On-Screen Text • Add basic graphics: arrows, circles, text popups, shot labels (e.g., “third shot drop”), or callouts that help teach a concept. • Use of simple motion graphics or templates to keep things clean but dynamic. • Bonus: Can create simple templates in After Effects or Canva for consistency. 4. Efficient Workflow • Can turn around edits quickly, ideally within 48–72 hours depending on the scope. • Uses shared folders or cloud platforms (Google Drive, Dropbox, Frame.io) to upload drafts and final versions. • Willing to do 1–2 rounds of revisions per video if needed. 5.
