BBQ Chef Needed for Rub Development and Recipe Formulation

We are seeking a professional BBQ Chef who specializes in seasoning and rub development but also has expertise in Asian/Pacific flavor profiles. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating unique BBQ rub recipes, formulating them for mass production, and performing product costing analysis. You should possess a deep understanding of flavor profiles, ingredient sourcing, and food safety standards. If you have a passion for BBQ and can bring innovative ideas to the table, we would love to hear from you! Proposed budget is $50-$100 per rub based on BBQ Experience.
