Customer Service Support

The Role We’re looking for a thoughtful, detail-oriented Customer Support Agent to support our growing community of interior designers. You’ll be the first point of contact for users on Mac, iPhone, and iPad, helping them troubleshoot issues, get answers quickly, and feel confident using Four Stripes. You’ll also triage bugs, manage internal reporting, and contribute to product FAQs and documentation. What You’ll Do * Respond to user questions via email, chat, and in-app support across Mac, iPhone, and iPad * Triage incoming issues and escalate as needed * Create and manage bug and feature tickets in Jira * Track and report on support volume, issue trends, and user feedback * Keep product FAQs and help content up to date and easy to follow * Collaborate with the product and development teams to improve the platform experience What We’re Looking For * Excellent written communication skills * Ability to explain software clearly to non-technical users * Organized, responsive, and comfortable juggling multiple requests * Experience with customer support platforms and CRMs; we use Zoho * Familiarity with Jira or similar tools for issue tracking and escalation * Comfortable supporting users across Mac, iPhone, and iPad * Bonus: familiarity with interior design or creative professionals * Empathy, patience, and a proactive mindset
