Email Deliverability & Domain Health Specialist (Contractor)
Project Overview: Creativity Justified is seeking a skilled contractor with deep expertise in email deliverability, DNS configurations, and domain reputation management to diagnose and resolve issues that are causing our emails to either land in spam folders or not be delivered at all—particularly to corporate, government, and institutional email systems. Scope of Work: Audit our current email infrastructure, including DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records Identify and remove any blacklists or flags associated with our domain Assess and correct any misconfigurations impacting deliverability Work with our domain provider, email platform (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft 365), and internal team as needed Implement best practices for ongoing email reputation management Provide a brief report of findings and resolutions, along with ongoing recommendations Requirements: Proven experience improving email deliverability for professional domains Strong understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS settings, and blacklist monitoring Experience working with email service providers, CRMs, and domain registrars Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal oversight Excellent communication and documentation skills Preferred Experience: Familiarity with platforms like Microsoft 365 and Siteground Experience with email authentication tools and services like MXToolbox, Postmark, Mailgun, etc. Prior work with government or corporate clients is a plus Project Timeline: 1-2 Days To Apply: Please submit a brief proposal outlining your experience with similar projects, your process, and your rate.
