Entry- Level Attorney (Spanish Speaking - HyBrid: RiverEdge NJ)

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and driven Entry-Level Attorney to join our expanding team. No prior specialization in Family Law, Trusts & Estates, or Elder Law is required—we provide comprehensive training and mentorship to help you succeed across multiple practice areas. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with client consultations and case management for Family Law, Trust & Estates Law, and Elder Law cases. - Prepare and appear in court for family law litigation cases (prior courtroom experience is not required, but willingness to do so is necessary). - Draft legal documents, including petitions, motions, and trusts, under the supervision of senior attorneys. - Conduct legal research to support ongoing cases and provide insights for complex issues. - Participate in client meetings and court hearings, gaining hands-on experience. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent client service and case outcomes. Qualifications: - Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. - Spanish language proficiency (written and spoken) is required. - Interest in Family Law, Trust & Estates Law, or Elder Law. - A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for learning. - Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Professionalism, initiative, and a commitment to serving others.
