FB Ads Expert for info-product in Relationship Therapy niche

Hi Ad experts, We are looking for an experienced media buyer / facebook ads expert who understands selling info-products or courses to targeted audiences. We have a client in the Relationship Therapy / Marriage Therapy niche and she has an online course that couples can take to help learn skills and tools to improve their connection and fall back in love. The client has been a licensed relationship therapist for over 20 years. We are looking for someone who can help us find the right angle/opportunity to advertise our course using FB Ads as well as point out any flaws in our current setup. Currently, we only have a low-ticket offer ($47) for the course. We have sold about 15 courses via a paid newsletter list and some Facebook ads but very high CPAs (About $150) We have about 20 different creatives we have created/used in our advertising efforts (photos/videos) We are open to restructuring the entire offer if we need to.
