Notion Power-User & Integrations Specialist (Bill.com, Monday.com, Shopify Plus & Full Dashboard Suite) ⸻ What You’ll Build 1. Daily Check-In Dashboard • Key metrics roll-up: Leads, Quotes, Site Sessions, Cash Burn, AR Past Due • Embedded journal and Top-3 task view 2. Deep-Dive Dashboards • Sales Pipeline: Funnel stages, conversion %, deal velocity, top opportunities • Financial Overview: P&L vs. budget, cash runway, AR/AP aging, expense breakdown • Operations & Installations: Active jobs, on-time completion, delays, tech utilization • Inventory & Procurement: Low-stock alerts, on-order vs. on-hand, turnover, PO lead times • Marketing & Web Analytics: Traffic sources, engagement, campaign ROI, email/social KPIs • Customer Success & Support: Open tickets, response/resolution times, CSAT/NPS, renewals • Strategic Goals & OKRs: Objective progress, key results, risk flags 3. E-Commerce & Fulfillment Dashboard • Shopify Plus sales volume, order count, avg. fulfillment time • Top products, return/refund rates, cart abandonment, checkout conversion ⸻ Core Responsibilities • Notion Design: Databases, relations, rollups, formulas, template buttons, custom views • Integrations: • Bill.com: Sync invoices, payments, vendor data • Monday.com: Two-way deals, tasks & status sync • Shopify Plus: Real-time orders, products & fulfillment via API or webhooks • Other tools: Google Analytics, Stripe/PayPal, Zendesk/Intercom as needed • Automation: Use native API, Zapier, or Make/Integromat with robust error-handling • Handoff: Document data flows, produce a 20-min video walkthrough and troubleshooting guide ⸻ Must-Have Skills • 3+ years building advanced Notion workspaces (databases, rollups, formulas) • Hands-on Shopify Plus Admin API and webhook experience • Proven No-Code/API integration chops (Zapier/Make or custom JS/Python scripts) • Prior experience syncing Bill.com and Monday.com data into Notion • Strong data modeling: KPI dashboards, funnels, aging schedules, OKRs • Excellent documentation and communication—clear runbooks + video tutorials • Proactive ownership: you spot issues and fix them before they break ⸻ How to Apply 1.
