Social Media Manager/ Content Creator & Email List Builder for Teen NEW Platform (Reels + Funnels)
We're launching Hustle Hub, a transformational learning platform for teens and young adults focused on soft skills, life skills, mindset, and entrepreneurship. Think of it as a digital mentor and personal growth movement for the next generation. This is a PRE-launch social media marketing only - we are not ready to start marketing because content isn't ready. We’re looking for a creative, resourceful freelancer who can take over our social media marketing, content creation, and lead generation setup (email funnel + freebie strategy). This role is ideal for someone who understands parents of teens and also young adults, can create scroll-stopping short-form videos, and knows how to set up basic email capture systems like Mailchimp or ConvertKit. Responsibilities: Create 3–5 engaging short-form videos per week for parents to react to and sign up with their email, also a few for the teens themselves to create awareness for our platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) Repurpose our existing quotes, PDFs, and tools into content pieces Plan, write, and post content with captions/hashtags ( we need followers and to create awareness that we exist and are coming to the market) Design and post 2–3 branded graphic posts/week that draw parental attention as well as attention of podcasters who might want to interview us Set up and manage a simple landing page + email opt-in AND draw people to our website Suggest or implement basic automation for lead magnet delivery Track engagement and growth weekly current fakebook has zero followers (needs to grow asap) Instagram has 700 organic followers needs to grow currently no TikTok account
