Marketing professional needed for Proposal Writing

We are a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) consulting firm working primarily for small municipalities in California. We do not normally pursue RFPs but generally team with bigger firms as a subconsultant. Two small local cities have released RFPs which are both a fit for us. We have a Firm Profile document that has most information in a typical RFP response. We're looking to have that document revamped and then used to produce two Proposals in response to the RFPs. The Proposals are due on May 20, 2025 and May 23, 2025.
