Freelance Designer/Marketer Needed to Develop B2B Sales & Marketing Collateral

Company Overview We’re Washie, a next-generation restroom solution designed for high-traffic facilities (e.g., airports, corporate offices, etc.). We help our clients reduce waste, minimize complaints, and elevate user satisfaction. Project Description We’re seeking a skilled freelance designer/marketer to create a cohesive set of marketing and sales materials that effectively communicate our value proposition to B2B customers. The final deliverables will include everything from a simple one-pager to a pilot program overview, a pitch deck, and onboarding material. Scope of Work General One-Pager A concise overview of our product and key benefits. Clear, appealing layout that quickly conveys value. Pilot Program One-Pager Outlining our 45-day pilot concept, including pricing, features, and steps. Must be visually engaging and easy to understand. Pitch Deck ~10–15 slides highlighting the problem, solution, ROI, technical specs, and implementation timeline. Incorporate modern, polished design consistent with our brand voice. Spec Sheet Detailed technical specifications in a well-structured, easily scannable format. Layout should be professional, yet approachable. Objection-Handling / FAQ Document A short but well-designed guide to address common concerns (cost, installation, maintenance, etc.). Possibly includes icons or visuals to break down info. Onboarding Material A straightforward PDF or booklet for new customers, explaining installation, maintenance, and support resources. Ensures consistent brand look and feel. Full Customer Experience Map A single-page or infographic showing the journey from initial interest to pilot, to full sale, and ongoing support. Clear, attractive design illustrating each stage. Website Landing Page Outline/Mockup (Optional) A layout concept for a pilot-focused or general product landing page. May include wireframes, suggested content placement, and basic UX recommendations. Key Deliverables & Milestones Creative Brief & Brand Alignment: You will collaborate with us to finalize the branding elements (colors, fonts, tone). Drafts & Revisions: Provide initial drafts of each piece for feedback; incorporate revisions promptly. Final Files: Deliver print-ready PDFs and, if applicable, editable design files (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or similar). Qualifications Design Expertise: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or similar design tools. Marketing Copywriting: Ability to write or refine concise, persuasive copy. B2B Experience: Familiarity with business-to-business marketing, especially for tech, SaaS, or industrial products is a plus. Portfolio: Demonstrated history of creating compelling sales collateral, pitch decks, or marketing materials.
