Seeking business attorney to edit, draft, and sign a formal complaint.
I need an attorney who can edit and sign a document that will be going to the Washington Secretary of State regarding a fraudulent business registration and the request to have it canceled. The individual that filed for the Washington license knew that we began using the name “elite inmates” which is the penpal website we began marketing and preparing in October of 2024. The individual who filed and registered the name in Washingtons did so, so we were unable to do our foreign qualification, and preventing us from registering in Washington where I reside. I have a document with all info ready, and also have the evidence that we first used the name in commerce before she even knew about us. She had been harassing me since we sent her a cease and desist because she was defaming our name to our members. I have statements from my members as well. I have many harassing texts stating that she’s “never heard of your business let alone its members” all the way to the final text that she sent me proof that she filed and registered the Elite Inmates name on 4/21/25, along with a text that stated that we refused to apologies to her, so we have to “live with those decisions”. She has also posted on her penpal website that we are fakes, frauds, and using her business name. I’ve got a mountain of evidence showing first use in commerce. We are also in the trademark process through trademark engine.com for the name and logo. She’s now creating social media groups and pages in an attempt to take our potential customers. What she has done in retaliation is fraud. We are looking for someone to take my documented timeline and proof, edit that document, and sign, so we can send to the Secretary of State, and Attorney General. I can provide everything I have along with statements from people that knew about our name Elite Inmates, before we went public with it. Please help us to protect the business we are trying to grow.
