General Counsel for small business

We are a small digital marketing company. We would like to have someone on board who can do legal research, send letters and participate in legal strategy on all the various issues that come up during the course of business. Note; If we invite you to participate in negotiations or communications of any kind, we will need you to communicate with third parties from the corporate domain of your own law practice (not gmail), OR we can get you an email from one of our domains. We are home-based in Florida and incorporated in Delaware. We do business with other small companies in every state.
