CRM Consultant

We use Hubspot, but due to rising costs of Hubspot, we are considering other alternative CRMs. We want to talk to a consultant about other alternatives to hubspot. A potential one may be Ontraport. We want lower costs, ease of use, but similar functionality to Hubspot. We are a small educational company selling seminars. We have a contact list of 20,000. We do a lot of email marketing and social media and use google adwords. We would like someone to help us evaluate options and evaluate the difficulty of potentially switching CRMs.
