Strategic Financial Manager (Part-Time)
We’re hiring a part-time Financial Manager to take full ownership of the money in our business. You will *not* just be tracking numbers—you’ll be the go-to decision maker for everything related to spending, saving, payroll, and investments inside the company. Think of this as a Fractional CFO role for a fast-growing education & media company. Company Information: - Closers Consulting Group, LLC - A real estate consulting company / education program - Influencer: @roythecloser --- What You'll Be Doing: - Monitor cashflow across all company bank accounts - Review Stripe / processor transactions weekly to track revenue - Maintain an updated financial dashboard (income, expenses, profit, margins) - Prepare **weekly financial reports** and flag any cashflow concerns - Send **bi-weekly payroll to team** (via Wise, PayPal, or ACH) - Advise the CEO on: - How much he should pay himself - How much can be spent/invested - If team/contractor spend is too high or low - Assign expenses by category and track % allocations (e.g. 40% to ads, 30% to team, etc.) - Strategically advise on how to **increase profitability and protect cash reserves** --- You Need To Be: - Someone who *loves* clean spreadsheets, good margin, and clear budgets - Comfortable with virtual companies (Stripe, Wise, online payroll tools, etc.) - Able to make complex finance stuff easy to understand - Experienced with small business or creator-led brands - Comfortable with full financial visibility (you’ll have access to banks and processors) - Based anywhere but can communicate in fluent English - Discreet, professional, and trustworthy --- Tools We Use: - Chase + Relay Business Banking - Stripe for payment processing - Google Sheets (KPI dashboards) - Wise, PayPal for payroll - Notion, Slack for team communication --- Commitment: - 5-8 hours/week - Fully remote This is a high-trust role. You will *own* the financial clarity of the company. You’ll report directly to the CEO, and you’ll be the one person who always knows exactly where the money is going—and where it *should* go.
