Fundraising Consultant

PRIMEDIA Network (www.primedianetwork.com) is the nations largest unwired network of Local TV stations. We have 1000 plus TV stations in 184 markets nationwide including ABC, NBC, CBS and FOX network stations. We are looking for an experienced fundraising consultant to review all our investment material to help us start a money raise effort with Private Investors including, but not limited to, Angel Investors, Private Equity Investors, Venture Capital Firms, Crowdfunding, and Accredited Investors, etc. We have a 506 C with a PPM and Subscription Agreement. We also need help with Company Valuation, Executive Summary, Exit Strategy and Shareholder Agreements. We are just about ready to start selling our stock and need help from an experienced capital raise person to help us finalize everything we need to get started.
