Job Title: Firmware Engineer – STM32F411, UART Reverse Engineering, LED Panel Control, Description: We are seeking an experienced Firmware Engineer to support a custom hardware integration project. This role involves working with STM32 microcontrollers, performing UART protocol , controlling custom LED panels, Project Overview: We're developing a specialized LED control system that must communicate with legacy hardware and software. You'll be responsible for analyzing existing UART communication, developing firmware for STM32 MCUs, and implementing robust control of LED display elements to synchronize with stage and screen events Responsibilities: engineer UART protocols between hardware devices Develop and optimize firmware for STM32 microcontrollers (CubeMX / Arduino) Design and implement custom LED panel control logic Debug and test firmware in real hardware environment Document protocol findings and firmware architecture Requirements: Proven experience with STM32 microcontrollers Strong background in UART and serial communications Ability to interpret and adapt to third-party software interfaces Proficient with embedded C/C++ Access to necessary test equipment or simulation tools Nice to Have: Experience with DMX, Art-Net, or similar lighting protocols Prior work with stage/show control systems
