Power Automation - Microsoft 365 Apps

Looking to create automation within our Emergency processes. Using power automate and other Microsoft apps, we are wanting automation when someone kicks off an emergency through a Microsoft Form, power automate takes over in creating a Teams Channel under our Emergency Team inside Microsoft Teams. It will inherit the people from the top level Team. It will generate an email to all the defined players we have about the emergency. We can discuss in more detail, but this is the general idea.
