We are excited to announce the launch of our newly designed consumer website and are looking for a handful of US-based testers to provide valuable feedback on the design and user experience. Our current group of testers has given exceptional feedback, but we are now seeking fresh perspectives to evaluate the user journey, from signing up to making sure our cards work in-store and online. -Project Details: Feedback Scope: You will provide insights on all stages of the user journey, including account setup, loading funds, and making purchases using retailer gift cards. Testing Process: Testers will load funds using their debit card into an account they create on the website. Please note: Upwork will issue a bonus payment to cover these funds as part of your project payment. Gift Cards: These will be used for testing in-store and online as part of the project scope. Compensation: All payments and reimbursements will be handled through Upwork. Your time for survey completion and shopping tasks will be compensated via the Upwork platform, including any bonuses for covering the testing. -Requirements: Testers must be based in the United States. Preferably in Santa Clara County, CA. No prior experience is necessary; detailed instructions will be provided. Feedback should be comprehensive, critical, and this entire test will take roughly 2 hours of your time. -This project not only offers a chance to provide pivotal feedback but also opens up the opportunity for ongoing work.
