Lead Generation: Psychiatrists, Psych NP's, & Psychologists (USA only)
Description: I’m looking for a virtual assistant to help with Instagram lead generation. The goal is to build a list of psychiatrists (MD, DO), psychiatric nurse practitioners PMHNPs, or clinical psychologists (PhDs, PsyD) in the U.S. who run their own small practices. These can be cash-pay or insurance-based, as long as it’s clear they own or operate a small practice. You will search Instagram using hashtags, bios, and location tags to find providers who: • Appear to be solo or small group practice owners • List services like psychiatry, therapy, mental health counseling, women’s mental health, or integrative care • Use terms like “private practice,” “own practice,” “therapy practice,” “boutique psychiatry,” etc. • Have a website or contact info in bio (email, Linktree, etc.) I’ll provide a Google Sheet template. For each lead, you’ll fill in: • Name • Instagram handle • Location (city/state if available) • Website (if listed) • Specialty/focus (if visible, e.g., trauma, ADHD, holistic, etc.) ⸻ Scope: • Starting with a paid trial for 100 leads • Looking for 100–200 leads per week eventually ⸻ You’re a good fit if you: • Can quickly scan Instagram bios and identify who owns their own practice • Are familiar with mental health terms or willing to learn quickly • Deliver clean, organized spreadsheets and can hit weekly volume targets ⸻ Bonus if: • You’ve done Instagram or LinkedIn lead generation before • You have experience working with healthcare or mental health clients • You can start immediately ⸻ To apply: Please send 3 Instagram profiles you believe match this criteria so I can get a sense of how you evaluate leads. ❌ What to Avoid (Do NOT Include These Leads): • ❌ Therapists who are not psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners (PMHNPs), or doctorate level (PhD, PsyD) • Skip licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.) • ❌ Large group practices or hospital systems • ❌ Therapists working for platforms • Examples: BetterHelp, Alma, Headway, Talkspace • ❌ Life coaches or wellness coaches • Even if they mention mental health — no coaching profiles • ❌ Generic mental health quote pages or awareness accounts • If the account isn’t actively promoting a private practice, skip it • ❌ Medical spas / aesthetic clinics • No Botox, weight loss, or IV hydration accounts — unless psychiatry is their primary service • ❌ Influencers or mental health educators • If they’re not actively seeing patients or running a practice, skip it • ❌ Profiles without clear bio info • No email, website, or mention of seeing patients = skip it
