Mailchimp Campaign for Executive Dinner Invite

We are seeking a helpful resource who is an expert in Mailchimp campaigns. We will be using Mailchimp to invite executives to a prospecting dinner, follow up a couple of times and then follow up with those who RSVP and attend. The scope includes importing and organizing invitee list, assist with formatting and communication, scheduling of email distribution, removing those contacts who unsubscribe and monitoring delivery. The event is June 17 so we are looking to begin email delivery the week of May 5. Follow up communication should conclude by early July.
