High Ticket Closer for Marketing Agency
We’re a fast-growing digital marketing agency that helps roofers, HVAC contractors, landscapers, and other home service providers scale through high-converting lead generation and marketing systems. We’re looking for a rockstar high-ticket closer to join our team and turn warm leads into excited clients. All leads are inbound and pre-qualified — we just need YOU to seal the deal. About the Role: - You’ll be closing deals for our marketing services (ranging from $10k–$15k+ packages). - All leads are inbound and pre-qualified – no cold calling required. - You’ll handle Zoom/phone sales calls with prospects who already understand what we do and are actively exploring solutions. - Follow-up and CRM updating is expected. - We provide scripts, objection handling training, and full support – we just need your sales skills to make it happen. Ideal Candidate: - Proven track record of closing high-ticket offers ($10k+) - Background in marketing, advertising, or B2B sales is a strong plus - Excellent communicator – confident, persuasive, and relationship-driven - Comfortable using sales tools and CRMs - Reliable and self-motivated, with a team-player attitude Compensation: - Commission-based with performance incentives (earning potential of $10k–$50k+ per month) - Bonuses for hitting monthly targets - Potential for long-term collaboration and leadership opportunities
