Outbound Sales
Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and confident outbound caller to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. Your main role will be to make outbound calls using provided Excel lists to connect with residential, commercial, and institutional property owners and managers who may require Fire Escape Inspections, Repairs, Load Tests, and related services. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospects using provided lead lists Follow up with leads and schedule inspections or appointments Document all outreach and updates in ClickUp and Excel Coordinate with our Sales Manager, Cory, for scripts, training, and ongoing guidance Ideal Candidate: Excellent spoken English and communication skills Confident and professional phone presence Organized and self-motivated Comfortable updating spreadsheets and project management tools like ClickUp Experience with outbound sales or appointment setting is a plus Tools You’ll Use: Your own phone and/or dialer software Excel (lead lists provided) ClickUp for communication and updates Training & Support: You will receive full onboarding and be managed directly by Cory, our Sales Manager, who will provide call scripts, objection handling tips, and guidance throughout.
