Our approach is highly strategic and hyper-local — we don’t cold call to "sell," we introduce. We’re seeking a professional and articulate cold caller who can confidently deliver brief, respectful introductions or leave compelling voicemails that spark curiosity and open doors for follow-up. You’ll be representing a premium, white-glove brand — tone, professionalism, and pacing matter more than volume. What You'll Do: Make cold calls to business owners and building owners (warm lead lists provided) Deliver a short, confident introduction (or leave voicemail if no answer) Track outreach in a CRM (we'll train you) Flag any prospects who express interest for follow-up by our team What We’re Looking For: Prior B2B cold calling experience (especially in real estate, finance, or professional services) A calm, articulate, and trustworthy phone presence Ability to follow a script, but also sound natural and professional Reliable availability during Pacific Time business hours Bonus if you have: Experience calling on behalf of boutique, founder-led firms Familiarity with commercial real estate, business owners, or high-trust sales environments Compensation: Hourly rate + performance bonus for appointments or callbacks, based on quality and consistency.
