B2B Sales & Lead Generation Specialist for Medical Courier Service

I run a Detroit-based medical courier business, NIA Couriers, specializing in transporting medical specimens and pharmaceuticals for independent labs and pharmacies. I need an experienced B2B sales & lead generation expert to help build relationships and secure contracts with these facilities. Responsibilities: Research & identify key decision-makers (procurement officers, logistics managers, supply chain directors) Conduct email outreach, LinkedIn connections, and cold calls to introduce our services Secure meetings with decision-makers for a contract discussion Track outreach efforts & follow up consistently Compensation: $25 per hour (5-10 hours per week) This is a part-time, performance-driven role with the potential to become long-term based on results. Ideal Skills & Experience: ✔ Proven experience in B2B lead generation or sales ✔ Comfortable cold-emailing and calling decision-makers ✔ Healthcare, logistics, or courier industry experience is a plus ✔ Strong communication & follow-up skills This can be a long-term role if successful.
