B2C Sales Closer for Premium Electrical Service Company (Service MVP Format)

Role Overview: We're hiring a highly motivated sales closer to follow up with residential customers who did not move forward with services after their initial visit. You’ll act as the final step in our sales funnel, helping homeowners confidently say “yes” to needed upgrades and services. Key Responsibilities: Close open opportunities: Follow up with customers who were presented options but didn’t purchase the same day. Upsell past customers: Reach out with offers for add-on services such as: Whole-home surge protectors Total electrical service upgrades Home power management and monitoring systems Represent a premium brand: You will be the voice of Artisan—professional, polished, and trustworthy. Use Service MVP process: Leverage our sales framework to guide homeowners through educated buying decisions. Maintain organized records of customer outreach and communication using our CRM. Ideal Candidate: Experienced in B2C high-ticket sales, preferably in home services or trades Familiar with (or willing to learn) the Service MVP process Strong communicator who builds trust and delivers value-based pitches Self-starter who can manage follow-ups and upselling campaigns Professional and confident—represents a premium brand with integrity Compensation: This role will start at an hourly rate during the initial trial period After a successful onboarding period, the position will transition to a commission-based structure Commission system offers strong earning potential based on performance Long-term opportunity available for top performers Apply if you're ready to help homeowners make smart electrical upgrades—and you know how to close with confidence and class.
