Sales Cold-Caller for Real Estate Photography Business
We are a growing NJ-based real estate photography company seeking a motivated and experienced cold caller to help us expand our client base. Your primary role will be to reach out to real estate agents found on platforms like Zillow, Redfin, and Realtor.com, pitch our photography services, and generate qualified leads and future business opportunities. Responsibilities: • Call 15-20 real estate agents per day (or more) using provided lead sources (Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com) • Introduce our real estate photography services in a professional and engaging manner • Identify potential clients and set up appointments or callbacks for further discussion • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in a CRM or shared spreadsheet • Provide feedback on call scripts, objections, and agent responses to improve outreach strategy Requirements: • Proven experience in sales or cold calling (real estate or photography industry is a plus) • Fluent and confident in English with excellent communication skills • Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated • Familiarity with real estate agents’ pain points and how high-quality photos can impact sales • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calling Hours & Compensation: • This is a part-time, remote position with flexible hours • Pay will be hourly with potential bonuses for leads that convert into paying clients
