Operations Coordinator
About Us: Green Translations is an established GSA-approved vendor specializing in translation services. We operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Project Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. Responsibilities: Manage translation and interpretation project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met. Coordinate between internal teams, clients, and freelancers to ensure smooth project flow and deliveries. Prepare estimates, invoices, and track project progress using our internal systems and communicate them with the team and clients. Communicate effectively with clients regarding project status, deadlines, and deliverables. Supervise quality control steps to ensure final deliverables meet client expectations. Manage marketing campaigns, client follow-ups, and contract renewals using Mailchimp. Maintain detailed records in Google Drive, including project lists, workload trackers, and financial documentation. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of full-time project management experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment. Spanish language skills are a significant plus. Experience with translation industry workflows is beneficial but not required.
