Assistant manager for IT Support Company

Part-Time IT Support Manager (1 Day/Week) – Contract Role Are you an experienced IT professional looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity? We’re looking for a reliable and knowledgeable IT Support Manager to help oversee and support day-to-day operations for our small but growing IT services business—just one day per week to start. About Us: We’re a Westchester-based IT support provider focused on helping small businesses get the most out of their technology. From Office 365 to Windows networks and everything in between, we pride ourselves on being approachable, dependable, and customer-focused. What You’ll Do: Provide remote and on-site technical support (as needed) Manage and prioritize support tickets using ConnectWise Perform routine maintenance, patching, and system health checks Support Microsoft 365 tenants (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) Troubleshoot issues with Windows Servers, networks, and workstations Assist with documentation and best practices What We’re Looking For: Strong experience with ConnectWise Manage (required) Solid understanding of Windows Networks, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 support and administration Great communication and time management skills A self-starter who can work independently and take ownership Details: 1 day per week (flexible on which day)
